At Stackers.com, the Return Policy allows customers to return their items within 30 days of purchase. All items must be returned with a valid invoice and in the original packaging. As for the Shipping Policy, delivery takes 3-5 working days and costs £4.50 (Free if the order is over £65). Products are sent via the preferred courier service DPD. Please allow 6 working days from your order date before contacting the Customer Service team. Delivered Monday-Friday (excluding bank or public holidays). Allow an additional 3-5 working days for personalised products. If your order includes non-personalised items, they will be shipped with your personalised order as one. Next Working Day Delivery is available at £5.95 (£2.50 if order is over £65) on orders placed before 1:30pm (GMT) Monday - Thursday. UK mainland delivery normally takes 1-2 working days, the Highlands and Channel Islands are a 2-5 day service postcode dependant (excluding weekends and public holidays). UK Delivery - Remote Postcodes take 6-8 Working Days at £5.95+ (£2.50 if order is over £65). These areas include, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Scilly Isles. Far away postcodes may take up to an additional 10 days for delivery due to courier logistics. For international shipping to the US, the cost of delivery is £34.95. All items are sent via DHL with a 3-5 working day service. For larger orders/items, an additional delivery fee may be required. Some orders may be subject to importation/customs taxes which is to be paid for by the receiver of the goods.

Stackers.com offers a Loyalty Club where members can earn points and exclusive rewards every time they shop. These loyalty points can be redeemed for money off your order at stackers.com - 100 points equals £10 off of your order. Points are earned by being signed into your Stackers account when placing an order. Points can also be earned in other ways, such as following Stackers on social media. Earned points take 14 days to appear in your account and for you to be able to redeem them. Once enough points have been earned, they can be redeemed against your order. Only orders above £30 qualify (not including Delivery charges). Loyalty points cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount. Points need to be applied for the discount at the checkout stage, once you have proceeded to the payment stage. Please note that points are not transferrable to cash or Gift Cards and cannot be redeemed in conjunction with sales or any other offers. In addition to the Loyalty Club, Stackers.com also accepts Gift Cards as a payment method. To use your gift card, you need to enter the code provided in the gift card email at checkout in the 'Have you got a gift card' section. If your order value is more than the value of the gift card, you will need to pay the remainder of the balance.

Personalisation of Stackers products is offered on a selection of items. Not all products are available for personalisation due to restrictions with the machines used. To add personalisation, look for the "Personalisable" tag or "Personalise" button on the product page. When personalising a product, you will be taken to a page where you should select "Monogram" to proceed to the next step. From there, you can enter up to three characters or one symbol, choose a font and your preferred finish. A preview of how this should look will be shown. Once you are happy with your choice, select “Confirm". The total price will update to include the cost of personalisation. Click “Add To Bag” and it will be added to your basket. You can double check your choice when you click on your basket ready to checkout. Please note that adding personalisation to your order will add 3-5 working days on top of your selected delivery timeframe as all products are hand stamped in-house.
